Unfortunately all the comments below are true. This college has faculty that is constantly leaving.. we had instructors that left mid session.. they couldn't wait to get out of there. EKG machine they had was 25 years old and they would give you 45 mins of instruction, then you just sit there. They treated you like children in kindergarden. It was embarrassing. No one is hiring new grads unless you get hired on your externship. The one thing i thought was really bad was their "help" in finding you job opportunities, which consisted of sending you emails of copies of ads on jobing.com, careerbuilder and craigslist. You have to be kidding me. i can do that but the worst was that they were jobs a new grad was not even qualified for or at least not was the ad was looking for. Go to a community college and get a real education. This is a college that just wants your money and nothing else. I wanted a quick education and that's what i got. They'll tell you there's one or two seats left and they'll stuff as many in a class as they can. Go somewhere else.

What everyone else said is true. They tell you that everything is state of the art and teach everything you need to know. Well they get your money and treat you like a ten year old child. The equipment is from the 80's. We had teachers quiting mid semester, end of semester not even lasting the whole 5 weeks of a session, rotating out like you change your socks. I can't find a job as an MA for anything and they "help" you find a job by sending you copies of ads placed on Jobing.com or careerbuilders or even more ridiculous craigslist. So unprofessional. Then they send you jobs that want 2 or 3 years experience when they know you just graduated. Most all of the MA teachers had quit, the loan officer quit, hardly anyone was left when we graduated. It's hit or miss if you get hired off your externship or not. Their computer class was a joke, it basically consisted of a typing class. Thank heavens i knew advanced Microsoft programs, as for medical programs or software most offices use they haven't got any to teach you and by the time you realize you been had it's too late. Go through a reputable community college. Stay away from these fast talking snake oil salesmen.

I was suckered into going to this so called college by a family relative, The school didn't do anything for them either!!! The school never helped my family find a job when they graduated. Some great school what a joke. The extern person is something else they try to get you a site and it's far away from where you work and where you live. I like how you need to go to extern sites in the day time and need to work at your paying jobs at nite. Hum let me some it up........ Extern Work 8am-5pm during the days and Work over nites 10pm-7am at your job where you get paid. 80hrs working = no sleep!!!!! That's what you get and no comprimises about shifts!!!!!!

Right on!!!! All of the comments below are truthful! This is not a college, they treat you like infants. The employees have enlarged ego's (little man syndrome). What a huge waste of my time and money. I regret every month that I have to pay back my student loan for learning almost nothing. They did not forward on the paperwork for me to get licensed as well. I am so frustrated by this "college" and I cannot stress to you how much of a waste of time this place is! Do not fall for their lies! They will tell you anything to get you enrolled and then you are stuck. Don't do it!

I was suckered into enrolling in this so called "College" by a smooth talking student enrollment advisor. I specifically asked if I would learn front and back office as a Medical Assisting student. She told me I would. I was so excited. She walked me around the school showing me the different classrooms I'd study in. She made it a point to tell me I'd learn the latest software for Front Office and then showed me the room where I would get to use a centrifuge. I got more and more excited until I got passed over to the financial department. $13000 dollars. Yep. For 7 months of education. I decided, what the heck, I'm going to get all I need to know from this school and it'll be worth it. WRONG!!! The classes were fast, some of the instructors could have been related to Satan himself. They treat the students like military recruits no matter what age you are. They have dress codes they "some times" enforce. And you have to get passes to class if you are late, passes to leave if you leave early, passes to class if you miss class the day prior...OMG....it was insane. Worse than high School. And the Front Office clasess they SAY you will learn as a Medical Assistant are outdated- like way back in the the 70s. Yes, I'm talking pen and paper. No software. It is a lie. You do not get to train on Medical Software as a Medical Assisant student, not unless you do their Associates program. (if you dare) I did have one or two instructors who really knew their stuff but they had to teach overcrowded classes (not small ones like the school promised) with limited time to do so. Eventually I snapped and said NO MORE!! I went to the school and informed them I was leaving. They could have cared less. The so called "Man in Charge" was mean, short, and smug with me. I was so disgusted with how in different he was toward me. The fact is, what did he care??? He had gotten 10weeks.....oh, wait 11 weeks worth of school money out of me..you see if you attend even 5 minutes of the first day of class for a new quarter you owe the school $900 right off the bat. WHAT IS WITH THAT $$ ChaChing. Money in the bank. To top it off, they screwed up my financial paperwork. Never sent it off to the institution that needed to verify it. If you are desperate and want ANY kind of training just to get it, then sure go to this school but don't say I didn't warn you. You do not get what you pay for. Go to a regular college with teachers who are passionate about teaching as well as you learning. Phoenix College (where I'm headed to) has the same program for WAY less $3200....uh,huh. That easy. Good Luck.

IF you like being treated like a kindergartner? IF you like having to listen to student complaints about faculty all day long? IF you like giving your money away without receiving benefits? OR wondering after you enroll what that money is being used for?? IF you like being set up for failure or having your favorite teachers fired... AND... IF you like only 10 minute breaks between classes to wait in a long line for the bathrooms... THEN This school is for you!!!!!

PLEASE enroll at this school ONLY as your LAST resort. There are a lot of false advertisement about this school, mostly from enrollment officers and even a few off their website. Website claims to use "state of the art" equipment and yet most equipment is either outdated or non usable. CPR classes ARE offered but not mentioned that you will have to take them on your own off-time and is an additional class outside of most program schedules. There is a poor retention rate, lousy front desk service, and many disputes are either ignored, handled inappropriately or ends up with students dropping the school in search for better options. No idea why this school is listed with the BBB when clearly there are many disgruntled students out there...
