The staff administration leaves a LOT to be desired. There is a constant turn over of staff and EXTREME disorganization of administrative issues. My tuition was paid in full by a Federal Loan. The Financial Aid Director did not follow through on an error in their books and 6 months after graduating, I receive a phone call from a collection agency. The school turned me over to a collection agency for a relatively small balance that I did not owe. They unethically sent this balance to a collection agency with out ever contacting me to advise me of any funds showing due on their records. They have every conceiveable way to contact me and they made not a single attemt to do so. I am now in dispute with them...providing copies of all of documents proving I do not owe the school. VERY POOR AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!
