CollegeAmerica-Fort Collins provides high quality education within four distinct areas of study: business, healthcare, computers, and graphic arts. Students may choose from six campus locations and one virtual campus. Locations include Cheyenne, Wyoming; Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and Denver, in Colorado; and, two locations in Arizona which include Phoenix, and Flagstaff.

Academics

Accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools & Colleges of Technologies (ACCSCT), the online degree programs are designed to provide students the same high standards as the on-campus degree programs. Students may choose to earn master, bachelor, or associate online degrees. CollegeAmerica’s affiliate, Stevens-Henager College (SHC) offers three online master degree programs. They are: Master of Science in Nursing Administration; Master of Science in Business Administration; and, Master of Science in Healthcare Administration.

Students seeking online bachelor degree programs can choose a Bachelor of Science in business administration, nursing administration, respiratory therapy, or business administration with an emphasis in project management. In addition, associate degrees are available in business management & accounting, as well as graphic arts. The school also offers an online certificate in project management.

The Fort Collins campus is situated on acres of natural beauty surrounded by many cultural, educational, and recreational activities to enjoy. Academic programs include healthcare, business, computers, and graphic arts. These programs earn students associate as well as bachelor degrees to be used for entry into the workforce.

Students may earn an Associate of Occupational Studies in a variety of fields, including medical specialties, computer programming, computer network & technology, graphic arts, or business management & accounting; as well as a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, or a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Admissions are non-competitive. Prospective students should contact the school directly by phone or online. Students will also receive a free career plan to help guide them as they pursue their college education.

Financial Aid

The financial aid office offers a wide variety of options including grants and loans. More specifically, students may be eligible for a Pell Grants, Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG), subsidized Stafford Loan, unsubsidized Stafford Loan, or Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (also known as the PLUS Loan).

All students are required to fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for financial assistance.

Students

With six locations in three states, and one virtual campus, CollegeAmerica provides a variety of services to its students, including an online bookstore and a free laptop. Because the focus on campus is on efficient degree completion, there are fewer options for extracurricular activities and recreation than at most schools.

All online programs are offered through the college’s affiliate, Stevens-Henager College Salt Lake/Murray.
