I don't see many education majors, is it because Southern won't let you student teach or finish your classes until you have passed praxis I and Praxis II.I find that kind of out of line, if I have finished all my classes why shouldn't the university just let the student worry about the praxis when they feel they are ready to take it. The way you are doing is holding the student back. Maybe a school out there will hire them and help them pass the praxis, it shouldn't be your call, when the student have completed every class and points that the University required of them.
