IS THIS POSSIBLE? My grand-daughter attended, and had to get a loan. Now she is told she cannot take her final test to be certified until her loan is PAID IN FULL. We are talking a couple thousand dollars here, and no way to obtain that kind of money. I thought college students of all kinds were able to get their diploma, whatever, earn money and THEN pay back their loan. Are we misunderstanding something? Has she gone through all this schooling for nothing?
