    Stetson University is a private, co-educational, liberal arts university that consistently earns high rankings in national college guides. The university system also includes the Stetson University Center at Celebration and two Stetson University College of Law campuses in Tampa Bay. Stetson has a satellite campus in Celebration, Florida and two law schools located in Gulfport, Florida and Tampa, Florida. In 1960, Stetson became the first private university in Florida to admit a black student. Gulfport Campus: Celebration campus: Tampa Campus: In Fall 2006 there were 2273 undergraduates and 432 graduate students enrolled at Stetson (not including the College of Law), from 44 states and over 37 foreign countries. The executive branch consists of a Student Body President, Student Body Vice President, Tresurer, Secretary and Historian. The Student Body President and Student Body Vice President are elected in annual elections held in the spring, after which the President appoints the Tresurer, Historian and Secretary. The HATS (High Achieving Talented Students) Program serves gifted and high achieving 4th – 9th grade students through Saturday and summer programs, scholarships, and above-level testing.

    Admission policy is currently Percent applicants admitted: 69%. Remember that this can change at any time. Transfer student are not ignored. For instance, there were three hundred and twenty-five total number of transfer students who applied and two hundred total number of transfer students who were admitted. This school requires an application fee consisting of forty dollars regular application fee, forty dollars out-of-state application fee, forty dollars online application fee and point zero .

    If you wish to apply early, your application will be do no later than the 1st of November, of which you should hear back from the university no later than the 15th of November.
