This school I personally feel like is a complete disaster. Starting this program I felt like the instructors and faculty were going to provide me with excellent service and teach me the skills I needed to learn to end up in a career I have desired for a very long time. Instead, I do not attend this school anymore on count of numerous things..1.teacher student relations...(yes it's true mrs. griggs, everyone did know.).2.Annoying and harassing questions about personal life and why you maybe didn't make it to school.3.cheap products and old styling tools.4.I was quoted one price a month before I started and once I signed my paperwork tuition had increased from 7,000.00 to 10,0000.00- and get this no one in administrative was going to tell me. I happen to actually read what I sign so I saw the price change and questioned... she then explained.5. I also feel this is a very racist school. and by the way marlana at the front desk is a little ghetto and she is the first thing customers and clients see. Is this how you would like to be portrayed??? Last client services by students are not distributed fair or evenly. After a while you begin to realize they give you only services to perform in your strongest area... well get this.. THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A SCHOOL SO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND TEACH YOUR STUDENTS SOMETHING OTHER THAN A FUCKING RELAXER OR A ROLLERSET. My best experience here was Mrs. Eubanks. Thank you very much because you gave me more knowledge and guidance than anyone else. You are an awesome teacher and shine beyond the rest. Maybe some of the other instructors could take a few classes from you. I will be attending a new school in the next 2 months and if anyone asks me how my experience was at Rivertown School of Beauty I will say you are better left to teach yourself......
