Established in Honolulu on May 22, 1992 as an American two-year liberal arts college, Hawaii Tokai International College (HTIC) is the most recent school in the Moili‘ili community. The Liberal Arts (LA) Program is an Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree program introducing students to the various fields of knowledge, including the arts and humanities, languages, social sciences, natural sciences, and mathematics, with a strong emphasis on learning and communication skills. The College Preparatory Program (CPP) acclimates international students to American college study and serves as a gateway to a higher education in English.
