I was recently employeed at your school I've always loved your school since I was a young girl I was excited to be a part of the reopening of your school but I thought it was important for you to know how your school is running. I would be in my class teaching theory I was constantly interupted by student in the other classroom entering my class. while I was teaching and also Ms Barr would come in my class least 3or 4 a day and interupt my class with information that I already have shared with the students. I have not been teaching long but when I was at Cannella recieving my teacher training people didn't interupt theory but for emergencies and if the mananger was giving an evaluation on one of the teachers she sat in on the class for a little bit. She never interupted the class and if it was information she wanted to share she gave it to the teacher. I came to the school one morning and she told me all the students would be in one class and I would be assisting in that class I didnt feel that the best interest of the student were being put first and I can't be a part of that so I left.
