Kansas Wesleyan University is a private four-year Methodist college founded in Salina, Kansas in 1886. The university is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, the National League for Nursing, the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and the Kansas State Department of Education. Member of the Associated Colleges of Central Kansas (ACCK), a consortium of six academic institutions within 70 miles of KWU through which students may enroll in courses and resources.
