Not only does this school hire "home grown" faculty, the school rejects the highly qualified. The management is run by women these days, and believe me, if a woman applies for the job, she will get it. So far, the welding instructors and auto mechanics are still men, but it won't be long until some woman applies, and even those jobs will be all female too. If you are female, this is the place for you. If you are a guy, be prepared for discrimination.
