Campbellsville University Summary
Campbellsville University (formerly Campbellsville College) is a small, private Christian university located in Campbellsville, Kentucky. The university sponsors 18 varsity athletic teams which compete in the Mid-South Conference of the NAIA, with the swimming and diving teams being reinstituted in the fall of 2007. Zack Flake, a sophomore from Dayton, OH, won Campbellsville’s first ever National Championship in any sport with his title in the 141 lbs weight class in wrestling at the NAIA Wrestling National Championships in 2007. In 2005, Volleyball player, Amy Eckenfels, was recognized as the NAIA National Libero of the Year and in 2006, she set the all-time national record for career digs with 3569.
