You state as non-affiliated with "ICC", or their website- so you bet I'll criticise. Enrolled 3/19/07 upon Pennysaver AD ( 3/14/07 ) LURING unemployed, in financial hardship..career ready in 7-9 months. All Admin Rep replies to my already educated, elder ( 51 age ) rebuttals were diffused. 5th day after enrollment, and promised copies of all those pages, tried to QUIT " without financial repercussion ". Experience from 1st day was horrible. This school ONLY wants your high tuition commitment ( $13,620. + $75.reg fee ) In 5/08- sent ACCET complaint Board in Wash D.C. after over a year of verbal & written requests for ALL COPIES of entitlements, OWNER GEETA BROWN finally contacted me. This story is endless, I have factual evidence to support my case that 3 legal sources won't touch- possibly due to a " glitch/ loophole " wording from U.S. Dept. of Ed Secretary blunder around June/2003. Hub & I WERE in horrible finance back then, and nearer to HOMELESS today. Can't pay back Citibank loan ( $8,500 +++++ ), also PELL GRANT was a waste of $$ in my case. Please feel free to contact me H# 949-645-9011. If you know of possible class action, I WANT IN!!! Thanks for listening- Sandi Chase-Russell ( P.S. I'm now 55 and unemployable without CERTIFICATION / READY as AD & proclamation insisted!! ) Oh by the way, Cert Exams only offered June & December each year per IC&RC,... AFTER your 9 months didactic/Clinical paid within tuition scam.
