I graduated form Chubb in 2001 and I thought I could get a job with the diploma I received but I was not able to until I built experience. It was more of a stepping stone to what I eventually started doing. I have had a great career doing IT and I credit Chubb for giving me the hands-on knowledge to start out. I assumed after going there I could just find a job but you have to build on your knowledge from there but it was expensive and it did helped me. Do not go there thinking you rule the industry after ou leave but you will be able to perform your training because it was hands on. It doesn't mean employers will hire you straight out. That is more the nature of the business than the school itself. Otherwise your are just buying a job. I felt very knowledgeable and I was, but my industry of choice (IT) was looking for more. I have went on to receive my MBA and 14 certifications in IT and it helps to build on. I have did well and it was a start.

I graduated Chubb in the year of 2000 for computer networking. Once I graduated Chubb I was only able to get about eight interviews. Chubb only got me three of them. I was never able to get a job in the field and looked for about a year. The cost of going to Chubb was about $10,000 in student loans. Since it didn't work out I find myself attending a local community college for a new career choice again. For what I spent in cost to go to Chubb I could of had an associates degree working on a bachelors degree. Chubb turned out to be the wrong choice and if you ask me, they should have to repay part of my student loans. They claim to have a high job placement percentage, but that can't be the case. I know many who went to Chubb and it didn't work out. I wish I never would of attended the Chubb Institute, it's just another bill that I am stuck paying.
