Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC), located in Louisville, Kentucky, is one of 16 two-year, open-admissions colleges of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). Jefferson Community College was originally chartered in 1968 and Jefferson Technical College (originally Jefferson County State Vocational-Technical School and later Kentucky TECH, Jefferson Campus) was chartered in 1953. It is a two-year college located in Louisville and is the largest college in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
