Concordia University is a private liberal arts university in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Concordia is affiliated with the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod (LCMS) and is a college of the Concordia University System. It changed its name to Concordia College when it began offering four-year degree programs in 1974, and finally became Concordia University in 2001.
