Pennsylvania Highlands Community College is a community college and vocational school with two branches located in Johnstown and Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. On September 5, 1994 Cambria County Area Community College held its first classes with the recently appointed Dr. John O. On July 1, 2004, the Cambria County Area Community College officially changed its name to the Pennsylvania Highlands Community College.
