I am actually in the exact same position as I need to provide copies of my transcripts for certification purposes and for the last two years I have not been able to get someone to mail them out, fax them or even make them available online. If you find out how to fix your situation, let me know. I've called/emailed almost 20 times in the past two years.

To whom it may concearn: I attended you school during the years of 1998-98. Last Jan. I called and talk to somebody in records, I can not recall her name at this time. I was inquiring about how I can get ahold of my transcripts. She had told me that it would take a few weeks to send them to me, I was still the United States at that time. It has been six months and no sight of my transcripts. I am a very patient and understanding person. The problem is this I CAN NOT ADVANCE IN MY CAREER WITHOUT THEM. This is making very upset, that I can not advance and make more money. You hold mine and my family's future in your hands. This will also be the third email I have sent to who ever get's this one. I would call but it is not so easy to do so, and I will not waste my phone card to call you inwhich I could use to call my wife and kids instead. I only hope to hear a responce. Thank you Joseph Simon
