The Reconstructionist Rabbinical College (RRC), located in Wyncote, Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia, is the only seminary affiliated with Reconstructionist Judaism. RRC also offers a masters degree program and coordinates a cantorial program with nearby Gratz College. The College also operates three program centers: Kolot, for gender and women’s studies; The college was founded in 1968 by the founder of the Reconstructionist movement, Mordecai Kaplan, and was based in two brownstone buildings at 2308 North Broad Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
