I went to this school to have my hair lightened with a full foil. They told me that they would have to do an all over bleach. The instructor had the student apply bleach to my entire head- which took her two hours. She then was told to leave it on for forty minutes. I was left with damaged, yellow/orange hair. They tried four toners to no avail. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told "its just the lights" and " once you get in your natural environment it will look alright." I fought them for an hour and they still charged me full price. I will never go back, I will never recommend them and I will tell everyone I meet not to use them. I feel sorry for their students because when they graduate, they have learned to ruin hair, not to make it beautiful.
