Lyndon State College is a public college located at Lyndonville in the U.S. state of Vermont. In addition to a range of Bachelor’s Degree programs, the college offers a Master’s Degree program in Education. In 1962, it was renamed Lyndon State College becoming a part of the Vermont State Colleges, a consortium of Vermont’s five public colleges governed by a common board of trustees, chancellor and Council of Presidents. The Stonehenge residence hall complex is located on the southern end of campus, and consists of six residence halls. Wheelock is a residence hall that is also for Freshmen only, and is located in the center of campus. Harvey Academic Center, formally known as HAC, is a small building located at the center of campus, and houses offices and classrooms for the Recreation major, as well as for other classes. Along with the Masters Degree program, the college has 21 Bachelor Degree Programs and 9 Associate Degree Programs. There are also several Licensure Programs in Education and two certificate programs. Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Programs Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Programs Associate of Arts (A.A.) Programs Associate of Science (A.S.) Programs Licensure Programs Certificate Programs There are 20-30 clubs at Lyndon State College.
