Milwaukee School of Engineering Summary
The Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) is a private university located in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2004, MSOE’s 210,000 square foot Kern Center was completed, adding a hockey arena, basketball arena, fitness center, running track and field house to its downtown campus. MSOE’s logo was designed by Brooks Stevens, a noted industrial engineer. The curricula at MSOE are centered around engineering, engineering technology, nursing, computers and business. MSOE’s primary focus is on undergraduate education, however, they do offer seven master’s programs. MSOE has seven full-time Bachelor of Science programs in engineering: architectural, biomedical, computer, electrical, industrial, mechanical, and software. MSOE’s Rader School of Business offers degrees in business, international business, management and management information systems. MSOE confers master’s degrees in cardiovascular studies, engineering, engineering management, environmental engineering, medical informatics, perfusion and structural engineering. MSOE recently completed construction on the Kern Center, which houses the sports teams’ facilities, along with recreational areas for students and the Student Life department. In 1987, MSOE acquired the building that would be dedicated as the Student Life and Campus Center in 1991. In 1989, MSOE acquired the Valentin Blatz Brewing Company Office Building, converting it into the Alumni Partnership Center. In 2004, MSOE opened the Kern Center, its newly constructed athletics and fitness facility.

Milwaukee School of Engineering Admissions
Admission policy is currently Percent applicants admitted: 69% and Percent of students who return for sophomore year: 81%. Remember that this can change at any time. Transfer student are not ignored. In particular, there were four hundred and forty-three total number of transfer students who applied and two hundred and forty-eight total number of transfer students who were admitted. This school requires an application fee consisting of twenty-five dollars regular application fee, twenty-five dollars out-of-state application fee, Free online application fee and point zero .
For priority students, financial aid applications are due no later than the 15th of March.
