UC and the entire staff and coaches are right on POINT for 21st century learning. The"Learning Your Way" fast track program offers the serious minded student an opportunity to IMMEDIATELY get down to business in their major field.NOT many freshman can handle this type of academia. As far as sports(FOOTBALL) Coach T.DeMeo has recruited D1 Talent the past 2 years and this 2009 Class is poised to make a SERIOUS D2 Championship run in the next 3-4 Years.DeMeo has gone into RandyShannon's(UofMia) backyard and scooped 3 BCS players!!!All of his recruits from Miami could've attended the up & coming FIU--they all chose The University of Charleston.Says a hecka of lot for the process and The University.A they say, "...there a million stories in the naked city..." make yours a positive one!!

This school is unique. It isn't your average university. If you want to stick with the same old thing, this probably isn't for you. But if you want a new and fresh way to learn, while studying what interests you, this school is definitely recommended. I love this school. It's big enough to be on your own, but small enough that the professors know your name. I'm definitely glad I chose UC.

do not make the mistake of even considering this school. I was lured here with many false promises none of which were fulfilled. It is a complete waste of money and time.
