Western Nevada Community College is a public community college serving North West Nevada. The main branch of the college is located in Carson City, Nevada with other campuses in the cities of Fallon and Minden. Beginning in July 2007, WNCC will be known as Western Nevada College.

Western Nevada College Academics

Western Nevada Community College is unique in its study options. For instance, the university has a Accelerated Program, Distance Learning, Double Major, Dual Enrollment of High School Students, ESL, Honors Program, Independent Study and Internships. Moreover, when any student is looking for some counseling or other types of support, Career Counseling, Employment Service, Financial Aid Counseling, Freshman Orientation Program, On-Campus Daycare, Personal Counseling, Placement Service and Veterans Counselor can help.
