The Ohio State University at Lima has an open enrollment policy. This means that all Ohio residents who have graduated from high school or earned a GED, and have not attended any other post-secondary school, will be admitted. Students who wish to apply to Ohio State University – Lima Campus, must complete the online or print application form. There is an application fee to apply to this college. Each applicant must also submit an official high school transcript or GED score report, a College Prep Form, an official SAT or ACT score report (optional, but strongly recommended for scholarship consideration and for placement purposes), and any AP or college credit transcripts (where applicable).
